Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management, Pune is an apex body under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, which provides top-notch training to the officials of various other countries in the Cooperative sector. A pioneer in the field of Cooperative and Agribusiness, VAMNICOM ranks amongst the top 25 Best Government B – Schools in India and ranks 7th in the Western Zone by India Today, catering to the needs of Agri-business Sector by providing the 2-year PGDM – ABM course. The institution has a rich and long-standing history of producing professionals who have made the institution by excelling in their respective organizations and adding value to the Agribusiness sector.

SPARDHA, an annual event has been the legacy of VAMNICOM, gives a wide platform for highlighting and identifying talents of students across India and to show their academic and cultural process by participating in various categories of competitions viz., The Best Manager, Business Quiz, Business Plan, Finance Analyst, Cultural activities etc. The participants of SPARDHA get inspired by the performance of best talents drawn from various higher educational institutions and cherish the innovative and novel experiences through exchange of ideas in a cross-cultural set up. I wish all the participants including VAMNICOM PGDM-ABM students ALL THE BEST in the SPARDHA 2024. I extend a hearty welcome to all the participants of this management carnival.

General Rules

• Only students, who are less than 25 years of age can participate

• The events are open to all UG/PG/MBA/PGDM students

• Participants belonging to a particular team should be from the same College/Institution

• It is mandatory for every participant to produce their original College ID Card (with photo, year of expiry) on the day of the final event

• Each participant should carry identity proof. (Aadhar/PAN card/any other)

• Participants should go through the event rules and adhere to the specifics

• Participation, props, music, etc. for certain events should be confirmed Preregistration if required by contacting the event head

• A participant can participate only in one event during the simultaneous timings for events; a participant is not restricted to participation in any number of events as long as the event timings do not clash

• All the events will commence at the scheduled time; Punctuality will be appreciated

• Rules are subject to changes at the discretion of the Management/Organizers

• No restriction on the number of participants from each college

• The decision of the judges in the events will be final and non-debatable

• The event organizers reserve the right to remove any person (or persons) who present(s) potential harm, danger or disruption to themselves or anyone around them while attending the event

• Smoking, drinking and consumption of any such ‘substances’ are prohibited

• Travel allowances will be provided to the shortlisted candidates for the offline events on the provision of proper bills after reaching the campus

• Up to ₹1500/individual will be refunded

• Travel allowances will NOT be refunded to the participants who are from in and around Pune

Accommodation and food facilities will be provided free of cost for the shortlisted candidates for the offline events
