Description of rounds of the event:

Preliminary round – Online mode

First Round Start Date: 16/03/2024
End Date: 18/03/2024
Result will be declared on 19 MAR 24.

Final Round (selected participants) – Offline Mode

The competition will be held in 2 different categories
Solo
Group (with 3 – 4 members in a team)
Final Round Start Date: 27/03/2024
End Date: 28/03/2024

Rules

Any video or performance that exceeds the given time limit will be manually faded out.
Single entry allowed for each participant in any one of the categories.
Registered candidates will have to send their video on or before the given date.
For submitting entry kindly contact to event coordinator of the event given below.
Dance video can be recorded in any type of camera (DSLR, Mobile phone, etc.).
Video should be shot in landscape mode only.
Please submit your video in as high quality as possible, in MP4 format on official Telegram channel.
What you submit is what will be judged for the preliminary selection process and screened candidates as well as groups will be called offline for Final Round.
Please keep in mind that content may be rated as such, from music selection to theming and originality of choreography.
‘Clothing’ or ‘accessory’ props according to your theme or performance are allowed to be used.

Judging Criteria:

Judges will approve a certain number of competitors for the final round based on the video. Factors in decision-making can include, but are not limited to:

Unique moves and variety
Quality of dance and execution

Finally, selected videos of candidates after considering these parameters will be called for

Offline Final Round in VAMNICOM, Pune

NOTE

Traveling allowances would be provided to the shortlisted candidates for the offline events on the provision of proper bills to us after reaching the campus.
Up to 1500 Rs/individual would be refunded.
Accommodation and food facilities will also be provided free of cost within the campus for the shortlisted candidates for the offline events.

Group Dance

Winner –10,000/- with certificate and trophy

Runner – 6000/- with certificate and trophy

Solo Dance

Winner – 7000/- with certificate and trophy

Runner – 5000/- with certificate and trophy
